How much time do I need each week?

Plan for about 1.5–3 hours a week.

Most weeks this looks like:

  • 1 × 60-minute group call (live or replay)

  • 30–60 minutes with the month’s module or rewire

  • Real-life actions woven into things you’re already doing (conversations, applications, content, decisions, etc.)

When does the next round start?

Every round starts on the first of each of the following months: February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October. Most weeks will look like this:

  • 1 × 60-minute group call (live or replay)

  • 30–60 minutes with the month’s module or rewire

  • Real-life actions woven into things you’re already doing (conversations, applications, content, decisions, etc.)

How are the calls structured?

We’ll have one group call per month focused on:

  • Integration of the month’s theme

  • Coaching around blocks coming up

  • Refining your real-life action plan for the weeks ahead

Calls are recorded and added to your portal/app.
