Isabelle Boily and Success Elevator offers hypnotherapy sessions using the original RTT ( Rapid Transformational Therapy ) technique developed by renowned British therapist Marisa Peer.

Usually a single session brings about changes, although sometimes some clients may need two sessions and more rarely three.

Hypnotherapy is completely natural, safe and relaxing.

Clients will remain in total control of yourself throughout the session, where they will be led to step back into the past to help uncover the source of the issue to be transformed. Then they will be guided by Isabelle to understand where the belief systems you want to get rid of and defuse come from.

Please note that hypnosis alone does not guarantee success.

The Client must want this change, be open and motivated to change and commit to listening to the transformation recording for at least 21 consecutive days.

If you are using hypnosis and are under the care of a doctor for any condition, do not make any changes to your prescriptions and medications without your doctor's approval. If in doubt, you should consult your doctor. ( All personal client information will be kept confidential )

Warning!

Clients who have suffered a heart attack within the past 3 months and those suffering from the following conditions: Epilepsy, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, cannot be treated with hypnosis unless a discharge signed by their doctor.

Area of expertise

i understand that Isabelle Boily is not a licensed physician, of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist or doctor. the methods used in the session Must only be performed by a certified RTT therapist, RTT practitioner or RTT hypnotherapist.

Participation

I give Isabelle Boily full permission to hypnotize myself and use Rapid Transformational Therapy knowing that by fully participating in the process and listening to my personalized recording for 21 days, i play an important role in my overall success.

Guarantee

I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, Isabelle Boily cannot guarantee results as my personal success depends on many factors over which Isabelle Boily has no control, including my willpower and my desire to affect the change inside myself.

Audio and Video recording (s)

I give Isabelle Boily full permission to make audio recordings which may include my voice. I understand that if a recording, or recordings is/are made during or after my session (s) Isabelle Boily retains ALL COPYRIGHTS in all forms of media that may be produced and distributed to me. The recordings cannot and should not be used for professionals purpose.

Deepenening process

( Applicable only for in-person consultation ) i hereby grant permission to Isabelle Boily to respectfully raise my arm, touch my shoulder or shake my head during my Rapid Transformational Therapy session (s) in order to facilitate the deepening process.

Confidentiality

By signing this form, i consent that Isabelle Boily may disclose information to a specific person or agency if it has been determined that a child, adult or elder is at risk or is currently the victim of abuse; if, as a client i am in imminent danger to myself or others or wether a subpoena has been requested.

I also understand that at any time, Isabelle Boily can discuss aspects of my case with other colleagues while keeping my name and my identity completely confidential at all times, unless i authorize otherwise.

I understand that no full or partial refund will be made once the session as been obtained.
